Resepi Sambal Lada Kering Goreng Ibu Mertuaku

Honestly, my memory is so full of song lyrics that sometimes I don't even remember how to cook this and that. So from time to time, I need to yknow, write it down somewhere. Oh I have a recipe book for myself... Had. But books are so 2000 kahkah no kidding. I always lost my book despite of me liking to buy new and cute books.

Anyway, this is the recipe yang my mother in law turunkan to me and all her kids, perhaps. But I am not very close to my in laws, because well, they're my in laws lol. I kan pemalu ahaks. So asking them is the last thing I would do. It's better for me to write it in my blog or in my instagram. Easy to access, you know what i mean? 

The first time I ate this simple dish, I terus fell in love sebab pedas! And sedap dimakan cicah whatsoever. Now I kan on the mission to kurus. So I always have a protein and a lot of veggies. Lots of it, really. So it's heavenly good to cicah all those veggies dengan this sambal. No I don't take nasik for now. I don;t know how long I will bertahan. Hahs.

Bila nak resepi nya?  lol ok here goes. 

 Segenggam lada kering. My mil rendam je dalam air. Lepas tu potong-potongkan.
Bawang merah. Lots of it. 
Bawang putih 
Halia sikit
Asam keping satu je.

Blend lada dan bawang dan halia tu. Air sikit je. Oh ye, blend sekali dengan garam and gula. Banyak. Aroung 5-6 spoonful each. Garam tu bole la reduce. But gula, I think sebab lidah Kelantan kan, suka pedas pedas a little manis gitu. But seriously tak rasa manis sangat pun. Rasa pedas je hahah. And blend tu jangan hancur sangat lah. Nanti jadi sambal tumis pulak. Letak ikan bilis nanti boleh makan dengan nasik lemak . Kita bukan nak buat sambal tumis. 

Ok dah tu, 
Dalam kuali, letak minyak. Quite banyak actually. Around 2 senduk?

Then bila dah panas, pour everything yang dah blend tu. Api sederhana kecik. Jangan besar nanti cepat hangit. Kacau selalu okay.
Lepastu apa ek. 
Lepastu tunggu je sampai pecah minyak. Jangan garing sangat.

Gambar Google ni sebab I tak snap masa buat haritu. Ada je dalam Tupperware tapi malas nak pegi dapur so google je la. Bole tahan lama ni. Tapi jangan ambik dengan tangan la. Nanti basi la makcik. Ambik sudu lekaih. Boleh refrigerate, no problem. My husband said ni la makanan orang bawak ke laut. Nelayan yang stay lama off shore kan. Wahh off shore. Betul la. Ingat engineer je ke offshore? 

Okay lah. Satgi I update resepi ikan percik my MIL jugak. Senang gilos. I ingat payah sangat. Now boleh buat hari-hari la sebab kacang gile. Ok see you.
